General trading conditions and payment terms

Down payment depending on travel and total cost of the trip, however at least 25% of the total price. After receipt of the deposit the customer will receive confirmation of booking.

The balance is at least 30 days prior to departure due.

Reimbursement of sums already paid in case of cancellation:

A notice of withdrawal must be made in writing or by email. For short-term cancellations the following fees in % of the travel price.

In case of cancellation of the trip:

  • until 30 days before departure 25 %
  • 29 – 15 days before departure 50 %
  • 14 – 7 days before departure 75 %
  • from 6 day before departure 100 %

All prices are per person in CAD + 5 % GST.

It is at the discretion of the Yukon Mountain Horses & more Ltd. programs not perform due to insufficient participation (min. 2 participants), strikes, riots, acts of God or other uncontrollable reasons. In this case the customer the amount paid will be fully refunded. Another claim against the Yukon Mountain Horses & more Ltd. does not exist.

Our guests must be able to climb and get off their assigned horses alone and unaided. For your own safety, we ask our guests to inform us about any health risks (allergies, medicines, food intolerances ect.). Of course, all information are strictly confidential.
